I agree that he needs lead poisoning, however, the FBI et al, cant arrest him for what he did/said because he did not actually threaten " to do" anything to any " specific person, place, or thing". As far as laws about possession and display in that state, he must not of violated them or he would have been charged I'm sure. The authorities dislike these nutjobs as much as the average American does, if not more, so if they did not do anything it was because they couldn't legally. Good thing he lives so far away though...
