will a vent window from a 68 convert fit a 69 convert?

Pretty sure yes, but if you got a vertical measurement from the highest point on the window, I could measure my 68' for you just to confirm.

Yes 68, 69 & 70 B Convertibles with the only difference being Tint or Non Tint glass.
