I am looking to get a direct fit x-pipe exhaust system. just wondering what people are running? I see a lot of universal versions from summit and jegs. What kind of issues will I run into with one of these systems if any? Are the Pypes systems compatible without issues? I like their cut out systems which have my attention!

Though mine is not a 72 Satellite, I CAN say the x-pipe system from TTI is flawless--works beautifully, evens out any drone without effecting the distinct lobe from the cam. Whether you go with Pypes, Summit, TTI, or another, once properly fitted--you'll be happy.

ILM, your car looks very clean from underneath! what kind is it? let me ask, do you have any interference issues where the x-pipe and the transmission meet? is your system welded? do you think I can get away with clamping it all down? I don't have a welder and I am also on a budget.
