In the garage. Under the hood. Again.
Well, for those who are aware, the ongoing saga of the Sport Fury continues. It's not the car's fault, just the prior owners...

Recently I took my seats to a local upholstery shop to get some foams I bought at the WPC show in January installed. Yesterday,I get the dreaded phone call:"...Al,this is ____________ from A-1 Upholstery;there's a problem with your seats...". This can't be good. Turns out the foams I bought are much too large to fit under the original covers, and the covers themselves, though still good in the appearance department, are dried out and cracking/splitting in numerous places. So...new cover$ and foam$ plu$ in$tall...NOT planned, not needed with the other issues.

I found some seats from a place called Pro/Fit Auto Interiors that look good in the pics. Has anyone out there dealt with them? I checked Legendary's site, and they've got 'em as well, just a little pricier. I know L'dary's stuff is top shelf;I know nothing about Pro-Fit. Any comments?

For the record;the foams I have are identical to what LI has in their catalog for early buckets. Even had LI paperwork/instructions. Kind of a "universal shape" meant for various styles(A-B-C);trimming instructions for the slightly different types are explained.

I'm going to contact LI(and this other place)and get some more info-I ain't giving up!!! I'll keep y'all updated...

Got an informative PM about these and where they're manufactured-I believe I'll be contacting Legendary and getting the good stuff. Thanks,Steve!
