Anybody know this 66 Belvedere?

Found this on a site called wildmusclecars. I would like to buy this car if it is still for sale, but there is no info other than pics and a description of it, perhaps it is an old ad that is no longer valid......or?

I saw the car on EBay probably over the summer. The car is in Florida and as I recall he was looking for around 35K. The car is bad *** and worth that coin. The seller ran it a few times then it was gone.
