Anyone going to Bandimere for Mega Mopar Action day in Denver June 1?

Depending on how my wife is doing with the chemo and radiation by then, we will both be there if she is ok. Neither if she is not. Wish I could have gotten the Super Bee done for her, but next year for sure.

2X. Live on a 3 1/2 mile dirt road...it plays hell with all that mud after the rains we have had. Hate to wash it, then wash it again after 3 1/2 miles. LOL

I just got home from Bandimere. I was the guy with a trailer behind a Ford Explorer. Second row, with a friend selling ads and stuff. You might have seen my little green mini bike. What did you have for sale? We probably talked. the guy next to me had a whole bunch of die-cast Chargers. I bought his whole collection for $250. anybody need a 1969 die cast Charger? I've got a bunch! I think I came out about even today.

It was fun watching the drag races. Lots of old Mopars.

I went with a few friends and raced for my very first time using my 66 dodge charger. Its a challenge getting a 4200lb car down the track at a mile high. Alot of nice people there! some came to even look at my car even though it wasnt in the car show

We probably did talk. I walked the swap several times. I was in the first spot and somebody parked there 80's Dodge truck for sale right in my spot. Probably the last time I do that show.

I was there with the Blue '69 Coronet R/T Convertible. Managed to smoke the tires down the track on the first time run, then took it easy and short shifted second time trial, then went out first round with a 0.026 Redlight and ran a 13.7 (a bit fast for no roll bar in a convertible.)
Not too bad first time out with the EFI, and rock hard 20-year old tires.
