Anyone have pics of their jack tie down set up? 69 RR trunk jack

I need to see how it is all put together. last piece of that puzzle is the tie down I think besides an actual spare tire lol.

I think it's this one??? Can't seem to find it in the FSM

Here are some of my pictures.
1 Is a 68
2 Is a 69
3 Is a 68
4 Is a poor 68 trunk decal

The hold down rod is the only difference that I can see between 68 and 69
