Anyone know of a How-To for wiper seals on 69 B body?

I want to change my wiper seals, among other seals, and was wondering if there was a step-by-step instructional? Something with some pics hopefully???

I would only add to use the yellow 3m weatherstrip adhesive to glue the foam seal to the wiper pivot....It keeps it from twisting while installing. Mainly, to keep from messing up the rope seal...
