It's too big to get a good pic...but original owner thought it might be for a 68 runner so that makes sense

Ya I think the 68 has a V'd out front like that. The groove would be for the heater controls. Probably would fit 69 but not correct.

Hard to say. Is it crack free? I imagine it will be wanted by someone for sure. Heck, I'd run it in my 69 without fear of retribution!
