My folks had a new '67 Valiant painted in Light Turquoise. Dad put a small flag of red and white reflective tape on the radio antenna, so he could spot the car in a crowded parking lot, there where so many compact cars out there in similar colors. Adding to the problem, was the fact that the hue really did change between blue and green depending on background light. That's a Great color, changes shades & hues, depending on lighting...
The turquoises from Chrysler, Dodge, Plymouth in the sixties can get very confusing. A good way to know/ compare codes/ names/ actual colors is to use Paintref.com. You can click on the codes listed and to will tell you if the same color was used in different years or called different names by the different divisions.
Kolor Korrect in NJ could possibly send you samples of those two if you give them the exact codes you want. They start out with PPG and add their own mix of toners to get the right shade of color way closer than any paint store will. Their also great for interior dyes.Well, it’s between the Light Turquoise and the Dark Medium Turquoise
