Just curious if any one has used them for sheet metal. Some of their stuff says O.E.M factory. I have compared other panels with AMD and you can tell a difference.

I don't think sherman parts are as nice as AMD,but they do have more patch panels available especially for the early 60's.

Sherman parts aren't bad and they are cheaper. They were definitley utilized a bit more in the past before goodmark started cranking out more stamps and AMD hit the airwaves.

Sherman is cheaper but fit up is not as nice as AMD (get what you pay for). Either way you will need to manipulate almost all panels/pieces from both manufacturer's, but AMD's in most cases will be less dramatic.

As kind of a comparison, my Coronet has Sherman metal on it, the Roadrunner AMD. I'm guessing probably about 25-35% less time of fit up/modification with the AMD. Cost savings with Sherman 10-20% depending on the part.

Just how i'm seeing things from my standpoint, Good luck whatever route you go.
