Are bumper bracket bolts the same as exhaust tip hanger bolt?

I don’t see any listings for the tip hangers on a 69 b body. I believe these are 7/16 bolts and the bumper brackets are the same. Have the captured washer on them.

does anybody know a place selling correct looking ones? Figure if I’m going to out correct tips and hangers, I’ll go the distance and put in correct looking bolts. Hardware store stuff like accurate is showing there seems out of place.I couldn’t seem to find what I think would be right on McMaster Car.

If you find a source for the correct bolts, let me know. The bumper bracket bolts for a 70 GTX are a 7/16 SEMS bolt, the same as what you're looking for. Everyone tries to sell the 3/8 SEMS bolts as being correct ones.
