Are these headlight bezels chrome?

Are these chrome around the headlights, or just nice paint?

I’m not well versed in the 71 and up models but they look plated in the pic.

You can send yours out to vacuum orna- metal and have them plated then paint the rest of the bezel black.

Technically, 71 RR headlight bezels are all black.

Huh? So someone had these chomed?
No RR had the grey color grills?

In 71 the Satellite and RR used the same grill and as far as I know they were all black. In 72 the Satellite retained the 71 style grill and the RR got the now hard to find RR only grill.

Good thing I like 71 grill better.
