Assistance needed - 1971 Satellite

I bought a 1971 Satellite and need some assistance. Trying to locate the molding that covers the rocker panels yet no place knows what I am talking about. Am I missing something here?

I have pegs under the doors that run from the front wheels to the rear wheels. I have found various clips for these pegs, but cannot find the molding. I ask some reputable online stores and look through various car magazines; nothing, nada, etc

If I could get some assistance it would be greatly appreciated

I thought the aluminum rocker molding only came on the GTX's. They are very hard to find and if you do find a set in very good condition you're probably looking at spending around $ 1,100.00 for these.

GTX had the ribbed moldings and Sebring Plus had the wide flat moldings. Both can be hard to find.

I appreciate the responses so far. If anyone has any links to some places selling these I would greatly appreciate it. I have pics of mine that I sent to a few businesses yet no luck.

My VIN is not for anything but a Satellite Base model.

Don't think anyone is reproducing them so you'll just have to check around on the web and what not. Put an ad in the want section on here and Moparts.
Must have been optioned on your Satellite which I didn't think could be done. They were standard on Sebring Plus but not Satellite, Sebring or Road Runner. The ribbed ones came only on GTX.

I have a set. But one is dented up. I will dig them out tomorrow.
They came off a 71 plus with the premium interior with all the cool stuff like a 6 way seat etc...
Will post pics tomorrow.
The big flat wide pieces. Not the thinner ribbed ones.

You also can try tonysmoparparts .com he has a ton of hard to find parts but he's not cheap.

Can you PM me pictures of the rocker molding if you have them? Would they be the same for 1973-1974?
