As some of you know i am restoring 68 GTX and am in the reassembly process. The inner rear 1/4 window fuzzies were stapled on through the metal from the factory.Question is how do some of you attach new ones?Small screws or?????????

That's exactly what I did . Lined it all up and drilled for very small countersunk screws. Worked great.

I did not use screws. I rolled up some stainless bailing wire .030 thick to make a small head. Bent it 90 deg. Pushed the stem through the hole and bent it on the backside. Worked great and there was no screw head that would ever scratch the window. The trick is to make the head maybe 3/16 dia. then bend the stem on a 90 deg. before you push it through the panel. Had to drill some new holes at spots on the back upper door panels. Let me know if you need pics.

I used the supplied countersunk screws that came with the sweepers, just like '68Chicken did. Worked out well...I was going to use some Stainless TIG wire to MFG staples, but ended up happy with just using the screws

I attached mine with nothing but RTV. Three years later they're all still in place.

Got the same (KAT WISKERS brand) and used .032 safety wire...poked it through where the clips would be and twisted a 'pig tail' on the back-side.
