B body bucket seats

Hello all are the b body bucket frames the same as a body? I have a body seats in my b body car and was wondering if I just need to change the foam and cover. Or do I need to find a set of b body seats. Thanks Walt

Hello Walt ! what year are we talking about...some years they did do that, like 68 charger and 68 dart are the same frames but A-Body & B-Body have different seat tracks...
