B Body Washer Pump #2809013 Ground Install

Does anyone know how to make the riveted ring terminal on the washer pump ground wire work with the washer bottle? I have an NOS Washer Pump and it appears that the ring terminal is to deep for the plastic rim on the washer bottle. I attached a pic of the ground wire ring terminal

Please help. This is driving me crazy.

Mine was crimped flat on the bottle ( mind you it was a later bottle from a '74 charger). You need to figure out how to fold the part protruding out the bottom over without cutting it. Or notch it and fold it over that way.

Thanks, That is what I thought from looking at pics online but I could not tell for sure. If anyone knows how to make the correct crimp please let me know. Thanks again.
