B versus C

What are the differences between the B and C body cars? I know the overall size, rearend, body panels. I have a chance to purchase a 68 C body convertible big block car that I would like to use some parts on my 66 B. Specifically the convertible parts, engine mounts and whatever else fits. I think the top frames are different but im hoping I can use pieces of it.

Significant. I doubt many of the major year/body components interchange.
Is the 68 too far gone to save?

Its a lost cause, rusted frame. Are the k frames different. I need the motor mounts. It also has a 383 so Ill be able to use the accessories on my 440 at least.

motor mounts will work as well as most of the motor parts.
