back up lights

my back up lights are on all the time anyone had this before dont know where to start

reverse lights at the trunk. Work your way back down the driver side of the trunk and the harness will run up and over the rear wheel hump. Then it enters the seating area under a shield on the driver side just under the sill plate. And from there goes into a connector in the driver side kick panel. I would also look under the dash at the switch on the column. Unplug that and see if they go off. Switch could be bad.

Agreed, probably the switch on the shifter is misadjusted; 1966 I'm assuming.

OR you are looking to race while cruising up and down your local strip.

If it's a console car there is a switch on the shifter for reverse lights, something is probably broken.
