Hi all,
I just had a quick question-
I'm looking to put a set of 15X8 steelies on my '71 Coronet. I'd like to run the same size wheel and tire on all four corners, and I'm thinking 235/60/15s.
I like the deeper dish with 4" backspacing, but will this cause any interference with the springs or wheel well? All of the information I can find relates to '68-'70 B's, so I posted it here in the '71-'74 area.
This isn't a drag car or anything, I'm just looking for a decent, mild upgrade to the original wheels while looking a little meatier than stock.
Thank you!

they will fit both front and rear just fine.if anything they may look a little too tucked in the rear.you should have no probs at all.

I'm sorry, what do you mean too tucked in the rear? Too much body overhanging the outside of the wheel? I thought that was the purpose of less backspacing, to push the wheel out further?
I'm still new to this, so any help and explanation is very much appreciated. :)

Yes the less B/S the further the wheel sticks out..
Those wheels and tires will fit your 71B just fine.
