Just about ready to do a bb stroker for my Duster. Before building I thought I would see if anyone has a shortblock with a 4.15 or 4.25 stroke crank ready to go. Would consider a low deck with 3.91 stroke crank as well. I have the top end already. Pump gas motor as this is a street car. Cam is optional. In central NC so local or within reasonable driving distance..
Thanks,
George

I have a complete 500 Stocker kit for 440 060 Ross Flattops
in original boxes. 4340 balanced crank/H beam rods
440 Source Girdle and new Main Studs/windage tray/ new Billet Main caps.
Timing cover/ cam bearings(no cam at this price). Freeze plug and asst. other
hardware.

$2,750.
Well over $4,000+ Invested

Add $350 if you want the block as well but shipping on it would be a bear.
It is hot tanked/acid washed/ sonic tested/mag and inspected.
(I will not sell separately)

I could pallet it and ship everything = Guessing $400 to 450 maybe more depending if residence
or business and if they need a forklift with them on delivery

Very nice. Will keep it in mind although mainly looking for an assembled shortblock. Already have a 4.25 stroke crank if I decide to build.

I understand.

However, I can count on the fingers on one hand
the number of people I would be comfortable with
buying an assembled short block from.

Now almost anyone with basic measuring tool and patience to
take their time can build a functional short block But if someone
rushes thru it or make a blunder, you will turn $5000 of parts into
scrap in short order.

There is only one shop in Vegas I trust (HBR Engines). He has a complete 512
fresh off the Dyno that my good friend had built before he passed. He has every receipt.
Maybe I can buy it from his Grandson and sell you the short block.
I will have him E Mail the specs to me.

Sorry for the grammar = posted at the track between rounds!

As Always....Just my .02 worth For Free
