Bear with me I'm wiring

I have the M&H wiring harness for the electronic conversion. It has the five pin connector for the ECU and four wires for a dual ballast resistor. I'm I correct in that I can use a four pin ECU and two pole ballast resistor with no problems?

See. Know of no source for a 5 pin ecu was dropped by Chrysler in 73 for the four pin. Have used a 4 pin for years with 5 pin harness.

Yes you can plug the four pin ECU into the five pin harness and it will work fine. And you can just leave the four pin ballast on the car and it will also work fine. The auxilary side of the ballast will just not work as the four pin ECU has no pin for it so it will just be a dead circuit and if you leave everything still hooked up like its using a five pin ECU it will still look all stock. no prob, you simply won't use the green traced red wire.
