In the garage. Under the hood. Again.
Ya need a good show and swap to provide that invigorating kick-in-the-*** to get/keep you going on your own projects. The Bearing Burners Auto Club has put on one of the best shows and swaps for a few decades in the Detroit area, and I decided that my attendance was mandatory. Not much Mopar stuff at the swap(though it was a LARGE swap area);found some plugs and an old can(full) of Mopar Sure-Grip additive. Also found(lost this,as well as an extensive library in a basement flood 10 years ago) a September 1971 issue of Car Craft magazine. "So what?",you ask? Well...for us Mopar guys, that issue has special significance. Can you say "Silver Bullet"? I thought so.

Let's go to the good stuff-THE ****! Hide the women and children...

Nice Cuda,eh? Original 440-6 car;rather rare. Now,the next car inspired me;my own S.F.'s original color was this-and hopefully will go back to it someday-and this car was FINE. Couldn't catch the owner;really wanted to BS with him-gotta "network",you know.

Nice stuff, thanks for posting the pics. I chose not to go, knew there wasn't going to be a lot of Mopar stuff and I had to get some work done on both the "JUNKYARD DOG" and my dad's Challey vert. Bunch of my friends went, though. Did you see the white `68 A108 window van for sale, that is a nice van and rock solid, my buddies.

Yeah;I didn't stay too long,so I know I missed a few other cars. Not a lot of Mopar stuff in the swap, but, hey,it was at the "GM" Tech Center:rolling:.

Thanks for the ****! I was going to go this morning, but it was pouring in Brighton. I was supose to meet a friend of mine who built a camper that is in the background in one of your pictures.
