Growing up {my Pops leased his land out, in Garden Valley} raising cattle, sheep & pigs, I was in the FFA & the 4H, I saw the ranchers will eat almost everything, except entrails, even some of that is used for sausage wrapping & filler, with all the things go thru the slaughter house you've all ate balls, entrails & feces, if you ate sausage or hamburger, Bologna or salami, I garen-damn-tee it, all that stuff gets in the processing of meat from time to time...LOL... Ranchers/Farmers they eat tongue, heart, brains, balls, liver, tail, ears, jowls & much more I'm sure, Mexicans eat stomachs even in Manudo... some of that stuff is far grosser than Rockie Mountain Oysters deep fried...LOL... But I ain't drinking no damn beer, made from "bull balls"...LOL...
