Belt alignment with alternator on 1966 Dodge Charger 383

The alternator pulley doesn't seem to be lining up with my water pump pulley. I have a double and single pulley for the water pump but neither seem to do the trick. Do I need a new double pulley alternator or a different water pump? The guy I bought the vehicle had the alternator rigged it in a weird way, and I put a bracket on it to replace how they had it. Haven't been able to line it up since I put the new bracket. Any suggestions? Thank you all in advance!

You have the wrong crank and water pump pulley.
Once you start fighting it, it just gets worse.
I have pulleys.
Do you have the correct power steering pump and brackets?

This is the power steering on it now. I purchased the vehicle a few months ago, but the guy I bought it from had some things rigged in a odd way.

If i had a moment, or needed to, I could show them on a motor.
They are for the wide 3/8 ps belt and 5/16 wp/ alt belt.
What year engine? Harmonic balancer bolt pattern changes.

It's in the title 66 - 383.
Unless the motor has been changed

I believe the engine is a 1966 6.3 L 383 CID V8. It was running when I got it originally, but the guy I got it from had the alternator rigged up in a weird way with 2 diff metal pieces. Haven't been able to align the belts since I took those metal pieces off and put a bracket.
