Hi guys,
Can any of tell me if the captain's seats from a 94 plymouth voyager mini van will fit a 74 dodge charger? I want to put bucket seats in my Charger and my friend has a plymouth voyager mini van. He says they will work. Is this so?

Probably not a bolt in due to different floor configurations but I'm sure you can make them work. My suggestion is get the bucket seat rails for a '71 - '74 B body and attach to van seats. How the rails mate to the seats is ?????

Something I forgot to mention. When adding buckets, you will need the 4 metal floor supports for the 4 inside bolts and drill the holes thru the floor. There are dimples in the floor to use as guides but they are for the correct seats.

Obviously you're not worried about originality if you're willing to go with voyager seats, so measure up or make a template of the studs off the voyager seats and drill your holes. The factory holes will surely not line up with those new buckets. As far as your bucket seat reinforcment plates, cut some 5" X 5" squares from 16ga sheetmetal (that's about the extent of the factory reinforcements), and bend/shape/dolly them to fit centered on each hole. Seam weld a couple one inch stringers on each side of the plates and bolt in the seats. Be sure to fill in the old holes via plug weld or backing plate then weld. Maybe even a small body plug would work.
