Best places (value) to buy masking tape and painting supplies

Where's a good place with good prices to buy stuff like masking tape, plastic, masking paper, etc? Which 3M tape do you use for general automotive masking? Any recommendations besides 3M for masking tape?

We have an upcoming show —- and this fellow Bob, in the row behind me , has a massive spread of Auto Body Supplies at apparently, a nicely discounted price….

My friend, Mike from Connecticut gives him a $ 700 - $ 800 order every year, so , he must do the right thing …..
