Just thought I would post up a recent experience I had with them so others know what kind of outfit it is.
I have had them do 5 steering boxes for me over the years with no problems. Then last year I thought the box in my manual RR didn't seem as tight as it used to be, probably 8 years old. So I messed around tightening down the top adjuster screw, but really couldn't make much of s difference. Mind you, it was still ok, just not like when it was a fresh rebuild.
I called and talked to Carmen. He told me to send it back and he would check it out. It got to them when he was at Carslile, but a couple of days after he got back he emailed and said everything was in spec. I then reminded him about how far I turned the adjuster in with no change. He looked at it while we were on the phone and said, yeah, something doesn't seem quite right with that. He had another box on the bench ready to go together and said he would rebuild that one quick and send it to me. So he did, and got it sent by way Friday along with a check to reimburse me for what I paid to send it to him.
What great customer service and a great company.

3 years ago he screwed me over big time.....I will never go back.
I saved all of the emails back and forth, still pisses me off after all this time.

My one experience with them was that I sent my P/S box from my '66 Satellite to them to rebuild, got it back, and it didn't seem one bit different. My thought somewhat knowing the history of the car, was that it should have felt somewhat different in even the slightest bit after 4o some years in the car. There was no communication from them at all, just sent it back. If it was good in the first place shouldn't they have said something? Maybe I expected too much! Chrysler power steering boxes are lousy!
