Went into Summit today as usual and was surprised by what I found in the scratch and dent section.

Being in the scratch & dent section creates a few questions..
1) what's wrong with it?
2) what's the normal price?
3) what's the scratch & dent price?
4) did ya bring it home?

I bought a torque convertor from the Arlington Summit.....
Current price $806.99, I paid $249....

It's brand new, with nothing wrong that I can see. They put brand new surplus parts there all the time. The block is 40% off list. It wouldn't fit in the trunk of the Challenger.

There's a Michelin 275/65/20 truck tire, load range E setting there for $150. That's a $400 tire. I asked the manager about it to confirm the DOT date which was Sept 2024 and he said he had no say in what goes out in the scratch & dent area. Must come from the main office is the only thing I can think of. Maybe it's stuff that sets in inventory for a certain length of time and they put it there to move it.
I bought brand new Comp hyd roller lifters for my stroker for $250

But with 350lbs, sure would have helped traction!!

for last time I was looking it was $5,999 (?) - 40% take off about $2,400 (?) $3,599
for a Callies 4 bolt main 4.495" rough (4.5" finished) bore Block
man that'd be seriously tempting, even If I don't need it
