Bolts for hangers on chrome tips

Does anyone know what bolts they used to screw into the frame rail for the hangers on the crome exhaust tips. 69 RR and GTX's?
Looks kinda like fender bolts. No one sells them not even year one and I do not have any. Any one have 2 for sale?

That is why I am asking. I do no have any. When I got the car they were not on it and I am trying to find them to put the tips on.

I am pretty darn sure they are 5/16-18 small washer fender/hood hinge bolts.

Does 1" seem long enough? That is what I see out there. I don't see any fender bolts any longer.

I just pulled mine off last week. They are 7/16-14 X 1 1/2. They have a 1 1/4 diameter washer built on like a fender bolt. I am fairly certain they are original. Both my 69's have the same bolts.
