SO went on Autotrader today and looked for Charger's and there were only 2 within 500km of me.... a 68 and a 71

Sooooooo I'm going to share them with you guys as part of my boredom!

The 68 is a Legendary Motorcar Company Restomod that has been for sale for at least 3 years... Beautifully done but I don't think there's a big buyers market around here for six figure restomods

The second one is a 71.... Now is it just me or is this thing priced about 20 grand too high ?!?!?!

I wouldn't say the 71 R/T is 20K high. It's not a clone is it? Otherwise if its really as nice as it looks, legit, etc it looks like a really nice car. I'm no expert on anything but it's not crazy high IMHO. There were a lot less performance 71's of most if not all models compared to 68 to 70 and 71's are pretty cool.

We had a 72 Charger Rallye and that's as close as I've come to having that body style.

That 68 RT looks awesome to me .. the restomods really seem popular lately with the auctions suprised it's been for sale for 3 years. Must be too high I guess but it's badass

I agree the 68 is BADDASS... If I had that kinda cheddar kicking around it would have my interest but agreed it must be slightly high to still be sitting. LMC has an awesome inventory I noticed a Superbird and an A12 there today too.

As far as the 71 goes... 20k high may have been a bit harsh in my books but I have not seen any of the 71 and ups fetching anywhere near that kind of money in this market.

they are both over priced.the 71 about 10k high.the 68 resto could be built better then that for about 40 to 50 k less.i get what the guy is doing on the 68 though.putting it for sale while he enjoys it.i do the same thing when i finish a car.

i clicked on the link for the 71...and it says $45 grand!

The owners of the 68 are Legendary Motorcar Company. It's a Canadian restoration facility pretty much all high end stuff. Dream Car Garage on the Speed Network was filmed there. They have pages of cars for sale of that price/calibre.

For Ex!

I've toured their facility and it is quite impressive. They do top notch work and I like to watch for some of the Trade-In's they take at times.

Looks like all his stuff is overpriced to me, seen a show about his shop nice stuff, If I had that kind of $$$ to spend on a car I'd buy the 69.5 A-12 RR but probably not for $74,900, I wonder if that's Canadian dollars or US dollars ?? I think it is, not sure what the exchange rate is right now....
