For 69 at least, that pic matches a Midland Ross (Tandem diaphragm) booster for drum brakes. This could have been used on any engine, and is not indicated as Hemi only. The assy for the Hemi Only is shown to be the Bendix (Tandem Diaphragm).

Really not too hard to find. I can run into town and pick a new one up for about $125. Obviously on your side of the pond supply/demand is different. May catch a premium price over there. You'd know better than any of us.
