Not a b body, but I have a 1993 Dodge D250 Cummins. Brake pedal sits quite a ways closer to the back of the truck than it should. Sits about 4 in he's higher than the gas pedal. There's a good 3 inches of pedal before I can feel it actually interact with the master cylinder. Truck stops great, just is a little annoying to have to pick my foot up that high.

is this normal or is something out of wack?

All my Dodge trucks and Ramchargers of the era all had high pedals.

Is the truck new to you or did something change?

Had it for a little while, always been like that
