Brake Push Rod Retainer Question

Anyone know where I can find a new manual brake pushrod retainer? That's the little plastic piece on the end of the push rod.
 
That's a very good question. It's really just a square cross section o-ring with a small relief notch so it stretches over the push rod easily. But try to remove the rod once you pop it in place! I wonder if you can check with the parts store since those come with every master cylinder you buy. Raybestos or some other manufacturer has about a billion I'm sure. Maybe the HELP products have one. They have a surprising amount of stuff. I will do some searching too.
 
i am the jerk who buys the master,takes out the bushing and returns it.so when you buy it its missing.:nono:
