Just thought I would pass on what I found when I replaced my M/C, Booster and front pads and rotors.

1) on the replacement booster, the bolt pattern and size were different than the one on the car, new one was metric and did not come with bolts.

2) M/C did not come with bleeders and got ones for free from Advance.

3) Had to replace brake hose, looking back should have checked them when I first ordered the parts.

4) Can't say this one strong enough, one man bleeders DO NOT WORK well. Get a helper or have a shop do this part, I tried 2 brands and neither did a good job.

Wow, I used to bleed mine on the car all by myself without too much dificulty.
Just a couple plastic nipples and hoses and a clip to let the hoses hang into the reserviors. Secrets are losely placing the lid back on, and not moving the pedal too fast.

Metric ??? Manual or power?

Booster is a Cardone, only one I could find, that was not way overpriced.
M/C is a brand new (not reman) and is Dorman.

I like a firm brake pedal, so I am probably pickier than most people.

Dorman says there should have been bleeders w/M/C.
