Broadcast sheet for my 69 Charger 500? Someone has it in NY state.

I have been tracking past owners of the charger 500 I just picked up. One of the previous owners informed me a man in N.Y. state still has the broadcast sheet for this car. If anyone knows, or is the person that has it. Contact me. It is a 69 Charger 500, 440, 4 speed, that was originally Y4 (gold) in color with black interior. I am not sure what past problems with previous owners he had, that it was not released with car, but I am a nice guy. I would like to re-unite it with the car, as a lot of us old guys are kicking off, and don't want it to be separated from the car forever. I am willing to pay for it...
