Broadcast Sheet Paint Code

Hey all! I just found a really nice broadcast sheet in my car, what’s interesting to me is that the sheet calls for T7 paint, but the fender tag says T3. The vins do match, so it’s the right sheet. Is this a common thing or did someone mess up the fender tag/ sheet at the factory.

It is hard to read but it looks to me that it has T7 upper door paint and T3 body colour
