build sheet ?'s

I just got the build sheet out of my 71 charger and what does it mean when the (W) section is not filled out? Im trying to figure out what actually came on the car for wheels and am having some trouble..

Also where could i find out what decals came on the car stock i dont see that section in the sheet. Its a little bit beat up and hard to read..

It seems to have some neat options so far as in no radio, HD Shocks and S15 on the build sheet.
