Installing front bumper on my 65 coronet. For some reason the middle of the splash shield is hitting the back side of the bumper. I think all my brackets are in place

Think I see the problem. The bolts mounting the air sheild to the core support are mounted from top down. Needs to go up from underneath. I swap it out tomorrow. Hope it that's my problem

Flipped the bolts around and it helped. Still had to do more tweeking
I looked at mine today, but couldn't see much for your needs. Tried a few pics, but the lighting is dim at best. I can check specifics, if you need to, this is a survivor...

Nice bumper! Looks Great! Where did you get it? The 65 coronet bumpers are hard to find! Tks for your time
