It does appear that it is correct. Now to get the correct bumper hook.

Looks right. Also for some reason they also produced them in blue.. I have seen a few 66 Coronet jack assemblies in that color...

The hook is easy to identify with the stamped number but what about the tire iron? What should I look for to get a right tire iron that match the jack?

66 Satellite Not all the spot weld. Is it Coker that has pictures of jacks assemblies?
