...wrist.
Out to Seattle, to see one of my sons. Went to some big lake, for a little fishing, and while walking down a sloped dirt path to the water, took a hard fall. Right hand swelled big time. Got back to his house, felt all around my hand, and wrist...nothing. So, figured just a bad sprain.
That was on a Sunday, supposed to head home (driving) the next morning. Put a wrap on the hand. That was six weeks ago.
Still not much, so decided to get it checked. Hand was jammed back, towards my forearm, and the joint at the wrist, to the two bones in the forearm separated, forcing that joint to slip. Bones in the forearm/wrist are somewhat healed, but out of place. Couldn't tell because of all the swelling.
That joint will have to be re-busted, metal plate added...and probably six more weeks, but in a cast. Nuff said. Not the happy camper. Yeah, I'm right-handed.
