I guess this has been discussed many times n when contacting Compcams n Lunati they give you a good variety to choose from but still hard to decide,so some advice is nice with who has tried any of these selections they suggested. This is what I've done to a 1975 440 EHP block,.60 bored n put 10.25 flat top speed pro Pistons in it,putting a set of 906 heads on it witch are polished not ported, eldabrok dual plane intake, n a750 cfm carb. This is the suggestion from comp # K-21-225-4,this is a cam n lifter kit.Lunati suggested 5 different models,#10230704LK, Voodo #10230703LK,street master#10210302LK,factory performance#10211005LK, and a reto fit roller #20230712LK.Any alive is appreciated.

what rear gears do you have, and what trans?

pretty much all these cams would like an 850 carb. (or bigger)

the 703 Lunati would be as bout as big as you would want to go if you have power brakes.

i have the Lunati roller one size bigger than the one they suggested, its kinda hairy, but i have a 4 speed, no power brakes, and 3:73 gears.

If you don't want to run a Lunati cam, id buy a Comp XE268 for your setup. You will have gobbs of bottom end and strong mid range. But id get the Lunati 703

Im using a schneider cam they are local here in san diego they can tell you what is good for you app prices good and owner is very helpful id call them

When I punch in Compcams XE268 on google it comes up as only showing Chevy specs

Will do Tnks ,still shifting to the 703 tho, I like the specs n reviews on this cam

i switched out a Howards cam to a Lunati VOODOO roller in my Ford 5.0, and it was night and day.

i have a pretty stout Lunati hydraulic roller in my Nets 440, and its pretty nasty.

To be fair, the Comp XE268 was one of the best cams ive ever used on the street. it was able to smolder 275 60 15s without breaking a sweat, and sounded awesome
