car insurance

I need to find car collector insurance for my 1969. I know what state you are in has alot to do with it, but does any one have some suggestions on different insurance companies that offer this type of Insurance?

American Collectors. Duster is insured for $9500 @ about $125 a year

I have Statefarm and they did it at the value I set for the car. I have discovered they are higher that haggerty or grundy. Grundy has blown away everybody with the coverage and price. I just got the quotes today. I went to grundy.com or haggerty.com and looked into it. I will be changing to grundy in the very near future. Hope it helps.

My 64 is insured by Hagerty. $40k policy for $285 per year. One detail about Hagerty and maybe others is you have to have another car as your driver and coverage on that vehicle.

American Family also does it... about $10 per month. You have to use one of their appraisers to get the car appraised, then it is insured for that amount... That costs around $70 one time fee.
