Clips for Alum trim around headlight ring 1964 Plymouth savoy

My car was missing the L shape Alum trim that above the headlight rings and I've found a L & R but I was wondering how the attach to the fender. It looks like they attach with two small screws to the side of the inside of the fender but I'm wondering what kind of "square" plastic stud bolts them to the underside of the top of the fender can anyone help me out and do they repop these?
