trim screws....

You'll most likely need to remove the interior trim panel to access the screws from the inside lip of the molding. There are push clips along the outside also.
Shine a light down between the glass and the trim piece and you'll see the screws. Theres two, I think... perhaps three.

How much of a pain are those clips? Good post. I'm gonna need to do that too.
