Chrysler New Yorker 440- donor car?

Saw this one on craigslist, it's not mine. It looks like a possible donor car due to the 440 drivetrain and somewhat affordable price. By the time you sold or scrapped what you didn't want you might end up gettting the drivetrain really cheap. And you can drive it home, according to the ad.
