Thought this was pretty neat and rare to boot. If I were a wealthy man...

Well....an original woodgrain steering wheel/horn pad is worth about $1000 these days.....maybe more....

That's the type we had in HS,
they were starting to be sort of old by 1974,
when I did the 'drivers training'
I still remember them

the dash & wheel, cluster/gauges, 3 peddles
'sort of'
looked a lot like my mom's 68 Sport Satellite 383 4 bbl 4 speed

sure is, gave the trainees the option between auto and standard, both 3 speeds
found another thread talking about them here in 2018
I need the steering wheel.
me too lol, there was one on CL the other day for $250 and I had contacted him within 22 hours of him posting, finally answered me 3 days later and said it was sold

$4,995

I had the same one in Driver's Ed, 1972. I'm thinking there were at least 20 in the class, maybe more. I used to try and run the pedestrians down by not stopping. Teacher didn't think it was funny.

That's when Driver's Ed was FREE!
