Anyone tried this company out yet? So far my dealings have not gone well. They sent a catalog with a 20% off code, that is invalid. Three of the four parts I ordered were unavailable and on backorder. One was listed as $39 for a pair, but when I added it to the cart it turned to "each". One of the other parts were not discountable under any circumstances (even if the code did work), and then the shipping was outrageous. It's too bad, I was really looking forward to having a good place to get parts, but unless someone tells me different, I am going to avoid this company. Anyone?

Well, it took them more than a year to get the catalog ready...not a good sign!

I haven't yet ordered from them but loaded up a cart to see if the code worked and it did. There are some parts, just like Y1, that are discount exempt. However, out of the 12 items I had in my cart only 2 were in stock. I figure this may be because they just started with Mopar.

I got the catalog in the mail without asking. I called on the phone,used the discount code without a problem. 1 part was back ordered but the rest of the parts came pretty fast. They said that they bought out the paddock, dont know if thats true or not. Otherwise no big issues with the ordering or shipping of the parts.

my mistake. one of the five parts i ordered was on back order. the other four parts were delivered fast

Well, after contacting them I will have to say, they seem to be going out of their way to correct all the problems I had with my order. So maybe they are not so bad after all...I guess I'll see how this all goes, but for now they seem to be doing a lot better.
