I picked these Clips up with some other parts at Moparty and i need help Identifying them, Thanks in Advance.

Those look like "package tray retainers".......

For example.....
347-49218, $12.00, 68-70 B-body, Package Tray Retainers - keeps package tray and jute together in place

My clips are very visible as the pictures show. Do i have something wrong. Is that how they were stock? I didnt paint them yet. Any help greatly appreciated.
