Clock adjustment stem

Was wondering if anyone knows how to remove hand adjusting stem threads broke off, I have a donor stem with good threads thanks in advance.

Not sure, but looks like that shaft is a press a fit into the stamped bracket. Probably need to press it out and perhaps epoxy the new shaft in place.
